Senior Data Analyst

Role Overview:Job DescriptionWhat you will be doing: Provides data-based trends, recommendations and resolutions to the organization Performs a range of assignments and may lead projects within own discipline Applies working knowledge of business and best practices gained through understanding of key business drivers and recognition of how own area integrates within organization Works within broad guidelines and polices to accomplish objectives and goals Solves moderately complex to complex problems and analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, judgement and precedents Explains complex and/or sensitive information in a straightforward manner Acts as a resource for colleagues, provides guidance to less experienced team members Individual contributor working with limited oversight Performs all other duties as assigned by managementWe're ideally seeking:The Successful Applicant Hold bachelor degree Minimum of 3 years experience You have knowledge of standard systems and tools to manipulate and analyze data such as SQL, Python, and other tools are a plus. You have experience in driving improvements to data governance policies, standards, processes, and documentation by collaborating with team members. You have a working knowledge of project management principles including a demonstrated understanding of project lifecycles and traditional project management activities. You value interactions and managing relationships over following processes. You enjoy collaborating with people, dissecting processes, and completing projects. You apply analytical and problem-solving capabilities to create high impact solutions. You bring exceptional quality and attention to detail to work deliverables. You can effectively communicate (verbal and written) to various audiences to drive change in change management initiatives.
