Discover the life that awaits you at Accor, visit https://careers.accor.com/Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! #BELIMITLESSJob DescriptionAC TechnicianYou perform highly diversified duties to maintain in good working order all Air Conditioning & Refrigeration equipment in the building and to work with a team spirit to ensure that all hotel guest rooms, other facilities and equipment are working in good condition.Need to fully understand the principles of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and apply them in practice.Need to do regularly inspect air conditioning compressor units and effect maintenance and repairs as necessary.Required to maintain charging equipment, refrigeration test equipment and A/C tools in good condition.Ensure cleanliness of work areas and protection of the surrounding area when executing jobs.Need understand control principles of all A/C systems and regularly test, repair and calibrate.Need to verify building area temperatures and adjust as necessary and record on the plant log sheet.Required to complete major and minor services on A/C, Refrigeration equipment as assigned and return the completed job sheets to the Engineering Office.Learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned.Required to complete the personal daily job record, time book accurately and keep ready for inspection.QualificationsMinimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role in a 5 star hotelStrong interpersonal and problem solving abilitiesHighly responsible & reliableAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:Dynamic working environment.Defined development career path.Friendly and supportive teamWhat Is In It For YouEmployee benefit card offering discounted Accor rates worldwideLearning programs through our academiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the worldAbility to make a difference through our corporate social responsibility activities like Planet 21
