As a Staff Software Engineer, you will take a leading role developing and building the infrastructure that will underpin the future of the financial ecosystem. We are looking for a highly motivated, resilient problem-solver. Someone who seeks out challenges and is ready to implement compelling solutions to complex problems. Your role will consist of knowledge sharing across the entire engineering team, and mentoring and coaching individuals as well.RequirementsProficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Scripting, RESTHave worked as a Squad/Tech Lead, having an understanding of how to design and develop complex featuresExperience working in a distributed team. Experience working on open source APIsDesire to learn new technologies and implement themExperience on CI/CD and Devops systems and processes. To be self-motivated and comfortable with autonomy, with a desire to take complete ownership of the product from inception to deploymentExperience working in the financial sectorExperience working in startup environmentsExperience developing payment solutions (p2p, B2c, B2B)Interest in the Fintech industry, especially related to Open BankingNB.
