Job Description

Lead Generation: Conduct outbound prospecting activities to generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads through phone calls, emails, and social media outreach. Qualification: Assess the needs and pain points of potential prospects to determine their fit for our services, effectively qualifying leads for further engagement by our sales team. Research: Conduct thorough research on target accounts and decision-makers to personalize outreach efforts and maximize engagement. Relationship Building: Engage with prospects in a consultative manner, building rapport and trust while effectively communicating the value proposition of our services. Lead Handoff: Transition qualified leads to the sales team, providing comprehensive background information and ensuring a seamless handover for further sales conversations. CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and lead status in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and facilitating efficient follow-up. Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share insights, and optimize lead generation strategies.
