Senior Strategy Manager

As the Senior Strategy Manager for the Esports World Cup Foundation, your primary role is to drive and actively manage the development and execution of strategic initiatives that drive the growth and success of EWC. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the esports business, identifying opportunities, and navigating the competitive landscape. Your strategic vision and leadership will contribute to the long-term success and sustainability of the Esports World Cup Foundation.Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis and Competitive Intelligence & Strategic Planning:Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market dynamics Lead the development and refinement of the organization's strategic plans, ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and core values Define long-term goals, objectives, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure successStrategic Initiatives & Business Development: Identify and prioritize strategic initiatives and projects that support the organization's growth and competitive positioning Develop and implement action plans to drive the successful execution of these initiatives Evaluate potential business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances that align with the corporate strategy Assess the feasibility of entering new markets, expanding product lines, or diversifying the businessPerformance Metrics, Reporting & Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Establish key metrics and KPIs to monitor the progress and effectiveness of strategic initiatives Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior leadership and the board of directors Identify potential risks associated with strategic initiatives and develop plans to mitigate them Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standardsStakeholder Relations: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, department heads, and external partners, to ensure alignment with the corporate strategy Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership and the board of directorsJob Requirements6+ years of relevant experience in project management and leadership rolesUniversity degree in Business Administration, Law, etcStrong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practicesExcellent leadership and communication skillsProficiency in project management software and toolsResults-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving project and organizational goalsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesVery good written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWillingness to move to RiyadhBenefitsRelocation supportTransportation allowanceCompetitive compensationHousing allowanceVIP medical insuranceOpportunity to work on a new exciting project with a group of passionate professionals.
