IT Project Coordinator

Roles and responsibilities:Coordination of project management activities, resources, equipment and informationDivide projects into actionable procedures and adjust time frameContact customers to identify and define requirements, scope and objectivesAssign tasks to the Panel and assist in managing the scheduleEnsure customer needs are met as projects evolveAssistance in budgetingRisk and Opportunity AnalysisSupervision of project procurement managementMonitoring project progress and dealing with any problems that may ariseAct as a point of contact for reporting on the project status to all participantsWorking with project manager to get rid of barriersUse tools to monitor working hours, plans and expendituresIssuance of all appropriate legal papers (e.g. contracts and terms of agreement)Establishment and preservation of project documents, plans and comprehensive reportsEnsure standards and requirements are met through quality assurance testsrequirements:Bachelor's degree in MIS,IS or related specializationExperience 1-3 years as project coordinator or related experience.Certification PMP/ PRINCE2 Extra AdvantagePractical experience as a project coordinator or similar role in project management, from idea to deliveryKnowledge of risk management and quality assurance controlKnow a good process with Microsoft Project and Microsoft PlannerPractical experience with project management tools (such as Basecamp or Trello)Skills:Time management.Strong customer handling and teamwork skills.communication.
