Based from our Head Office in Dubai, you will spend your time working closely with various stakeholders, driving a continuous culture of learning. Some of the key responsibilities include:Conducting Inductions and orientations at Group level Maintaining L&D calendars, documentation and reportsFacilitating workshops at Head OfficeSupporting with group-wide initiatives such as talent reviews, career paths etc.Support the creation of content - offline and onlineTo be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with experience creating content for online learning. Alongside a passion for learning, excellent English communication skills are essential.
