Our mission is to bring the tradition of hospitality to the short-term rental market and provide peace of mind for our valued clients.ResponsibilitiesTeam LeadershipLead a dynamic team for guest relations, property upkeep, inspections, housekeeping, maintenance, and overall guest satisfaction.Foster a positive and collaborative work environment through effective leadership.Recruit, train, and oversee a high-performing team, promoting a culture of hospitality and excellence. Operational ManagementDevelop and implement quality inspection processes, ensuring high standards across all properties.Supervise housekeeping and maintenance teams for timely issue resolution and adherence to standards.Oversee 3rd party providers, ensuring contractual compliance and maintaining high-quality service delivery. Strategic PlanningContinuously assess and enhance processes to exceed customer expectations.Propose and implement strategies for team profitability and explore revenue growth opportunities.Implement cost control measures for optimised operational expenses without compromising service quality.Develop and uphold quality standards for all aspects of vacation home management. Business Tools ProficiencyUtilise task management, team communication, Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and relevant software.Demonstrate proficiency in presentation, business analytics, and insights. RequirementsExperience as a senior team member or managing a team, preferably in Facilities Management, Customer Service, or Hospitality.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Immediate availability is a plus.Valid UAE Driver's License required.
