We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst with a background in - Compliance KYC to join our testing project team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of testing activities for technology solutions within the retail and banking sectors. This position requires a deep understanding of retail and banking technology, as well as the ability to effectively analyze and document requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, and support the testing process.Onsite DubaiYears of Exp : 10+Responsibilities Identifying the stakeholders Establishing the roles and the corresponding responsibilities of the different Stakeholders Preparing Point-of-Contacts from Client for interacting with Expleo team for requirements gathering and clarification discussionsBusiness Process Mapping and Requirement Gathering Meeting relevant business stakeholders to understand the current business processes ‘AS IS’ Preparation of high-level business process maps for ‘TO BE’ process Preparation of a high-level set of business requirements aligned to Client operations including the Functional and non-functional requirements Methodical review of requirements and business process maps for completeness, clarity, consistency and appropriateness Raising observations and clarifications to relevant stakeholders Clarifying and confirming the requirements with relevant stakeholders Preparation of detailed list of functional features, business rules, validation points etc., Clarifying and confirming the requirements with relevant stakeholdersPresentation of the BRD to Client stakeholders
