Specialist Technical Delivery

Job Objective: To provide technical support to Adaa internal business users on issues related to applications and ERP systems for Adaa products, services and ideologies and manage the resolution of application and system issues that arise across a business including troubleshooting and debugging problems and errors reported, in addition to monitoring the systems and software efficiency in order to respond to technical problems that occur abruptly and provide immediate support. Key Accountabilities:Ensure the right implementation of software applications, as well as providing appropriate support to all Adaa ERP and core applications through the correct design, quality and accuracy requirements.Recommend any enhancements, modifications and upgrades to the existing Adaa systems that boost their efficiency to solve any problems that may occur.Respond to end user problems and inquiries regarding functionality, operations, input/ output, and general operating procedures for system applications in order to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.Develop a comprehensive understanding of application features and capabilities for Adaa products and services in order to provide effective support to the user community.Provide individual specific user training related to the appropriate usage of application when issues reported by user community, as needed.Document thoroughly the inconsistencies, issues, concerns for follow-up and /or resolution by internal Adaa IT team or external parties.Develop multiple tracking documents related to security and permissions, lending itself to enhanced cross training capabilities and task sharing to safeguard the security, integrity, and confidentially of the company's internal systems and data.Monitor incoming requests for potential impact and provide alternative solutions if necessary, to meet request goals.Maintain line of business system accounts to include account creation, account changes, and account deletion, upgrades, and server patching.Produce and manage application testing scenarios to best support new/revised development and application upgrades/code push activities.Test changes to business applications and ensure performance is as designed and work with the relevant team members to resolve any issues.Compose internal documentation that reflects changes made to line of business application, with direct oversight from team members.Contribute to the identification of opportunities for the continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency.Implement all relevant policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.Contribute to the preparation of timely and accurate reports to meet section requirements, policies and standards. Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or Information Systems or a relevant field 4+ years of experience in relevant field with government entities, preferably in a core operational functionExperience in ERP Oracle Fusion, SAP , custom development ,Project Management
