Location: Riyadh/ Saudi ArabiaWorking Style: HybridOverview:We are looking for a “Presales Manager” for our growing Presales MEA Team. If you are a native Arabic speaker, can speak English fluently and are passionate about presales, we believe this position is just for you!Who we are:SESTEK, a global leader in conversational technologies, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our expanding team. Recently we have been acquired by Unifonic, a leading Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) provider. We are now an international organization of 500+ young people.What we expect: Conduct product demonstrations for our partners and customers; helping them understand how and why to use Sestek solutions!Relay technical information to both technical and non-technical personnelDevelop relationships with enterprise customers and partnersCollaborate closely with internal sales, engineering, project management, product management, and IT teams to develop best-fit solutions to the prospects’ needsDemonstrate in-depth knowledge of the company’s product portfolioEnsure alignment between technical proposals and contractual termsResponding to RFP and RFI Conduct customer demos and discovery sessions to understand the prospect’s unique requirementsCollaborate with sales teams to create compelling proposals and presentationsPrepare Statement of Work (SoW) document including the technical design and solutionAttend technical customer meetings and address any queriesProvide technical guidance during the sales processCultivate strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholdersAct as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring their success with our solutionsStay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologiesWho we are looking for:Bachelor’s degree in computer, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related areas. A master’s degree in related areas from a foreign institution would be preferredMinimum 5 years of overall experience in the IT and/or telecommunications industry. (Of this experience, at least 1-2 years should have been in a pre-sales or technical consulting role)Strong understanding of Avaya and Genesys platformsExperience working with contact center technologies and infrastructureExperience in voice and AI technologies is a major plusCloud and DevOps stack knowledge is a plusExceptional written and verbal communication skills both in English and ArabicA customer service-oriented mindsetExperience working with enterprise customersGood presentation skillsAbility to work through partner channelsNo travel limitationsAt Sestek, we believe in the power of diversity, and inclusive organizational culture.
