Rotational assignments in the same department so that EDGE graduate will be exposed to all angles of functional business areas in addition to an external assignment to explore other functional areas so that he would be ready to have a full responsibility on a certain function and be one of ABC Future Leaders. Job details:EDGE graduate employee will get to rotate with several assignments on different teams in the same Department he/she applied on, with total program duration of 18 months.Assignment duration ranges from 3 to 6 months, he/she will be entitled to an external assignment in another department for 3 months.EDGE employee will have different direct managers according to his/her current assignment role.Edge Employee will get to land on a final position (Function) according to the business need and he/she preference’s will be taken into consideration.EDGE graduate program is a full-time job opportunity with an entry level Job Grade.
