Job Description:
We are looking for recent graduate accountants to join our technical support team. The selected candidates will be responsible for providing support and training to customers on our company's accounting programs. This role will involve assisting clients with troubleshooting technical issues, answering inquiries, and guiding them on the effective use of our software. Whether at our company headquarters or at client sites, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and training to customers on the company's accounting programs.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting accounting issues.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Conduct training sessions, either in-person or remotely, to educate clients on the features and functionality of our software.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve product usability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the company's database.
- Stay updated on industry trends and software updates to ensure proficiency in providing support.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements:
- Recent graduate in Accounting or Business administration with a minimum Good grade.
- Proficient in using accounting programs through computer systems, preferably with experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs, especially Excel and Word.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and concisely.
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques.
- Desire to learn and develop professionally, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to conduct conversations in a sophisticated and polite manner.
- Good overall appearance and presentation skills.
- Residency in the regions of Mokattam, Maadi, or Nasr City preferred.
- Preferably possess a private car.
- Preferably males - graduates from Cairo and Ain Shams University.
