Member Engagement Manager

We are on the lookout for a passionate Member Engagement Manager on behalf of our client. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing senior stakeholder relationships with an interest in career development landscape.Within this role, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of engagement strategies and plans to enhance member value.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute the member engagement plan for the market Build and deliver plans to develop member communities to support the delivery of the organizations global approach Manage relationships with influential members and member advocates to maximize positive impact on the business Develop and implement local member initiatives and face-to-face events as agreed, to build membership engagement Gathers market knowledge and generates market insight Fostering key relationships with external and internal stakeholders locally and regionally to leverage global solutions and expertise to build member value RequirementsBachelors degree level or equivalent Understanding of the accounting and finance sector and economic trends Working with committees/panels is preferred Knowledge of MS Teams and social media platforms Excellent interpersonal and communication skills BenefitsCompetitive salary + benefits
