About the job Product Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end management of assigned software products, from conception through retirement.
- Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, defining the product vision in collaboration with the team leader.
- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver winning products, ensuring timely releases and quality standards.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform product strategies and enhancements.
- Market and Customer Insight: Proficiency in market research, customer feedback analysis, and user experience understanding to ensure the product meets and anticipates customer needs.
- Business Acumen: Knowledge of the business environment in which the product operates, including understanding of business models, financials, and how the product contributes to the organization's success.
- Leadership and Influence: Ability to lead cross-functional teams, influence without authority, and drive product decisions and execution, ensuring alignment with the product's vision and goals.
