Job Purpose: The Sr. Analyst, Continual Improvement promotes Continuous Improvement culture, helps in building Continual Improvement Capabilities and assure Continual Improvement process adherence. Key Accountabilities: Assist the Continual Improvement Manager in developing, revising the Continual Improvement Framework within the organization.Conduct Kaizan Events within the organization to identify opportunities of Improving products, processes and services. Also conducting those events to identify preliminary improvement solutions to areas with lagging performance.Develops annually a Continual Improvement Plan based on the requirements defined in OMS 511, and controls its implementation throughout the year.Deploy LEAN methodology through tools such as SS, Gemba, FMEA, Root Cause Analysis and Pareto throughout the organization as applicable to assist in resolving all issues requiring attention and the utilization of such tools.Help Nomination of Candidates for Lean Practioner, LSSGB, LSSBB and to coordinate Lean Six Sigma Certification, registration and awarding of certification documents.Train employees on LEAN Six Sigma methodology and utilization of Problem solving tools and techniques.Facilitate and work with cross function team for the lSSGB and LSSBB Projects. Requirements: Bachelor degree in engineering: Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical/ Business Administration/MIS Engineering.Four to eight years of relevant experience.
