Graphic Designer - Social Media Support (Arabic Speaker)

A new opportunity has come up from one of the fastest-growing investment firms in Abu Dhabi, UAE. They are looking for a Graphic Designer/Social Media Support. In this role, you will be responsible for developing visually compelling graphic designs and optimizing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engagement across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will demonstrate proficiency in graphic design tools, possess a deep understanding of social media analytics, and exhibit a keen eye for design aesthetics.Responsibilities would include:Create visually appealing and engaging graphic designs for digital and print materials, including social media posts, banners, infographics, website elements, and promotional materials. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative design strategies aligned with the brands vision and target audience. Stay updated on design trends and best practices to ensure the brands visuals remain fresh, innovative, and relevant. Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to drive brand awareness, increase followers, and enhance engagement. Plan and execute social media campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring performance metrics. Analyze social media data and insights to identify trends, track performance, and suggest optimization strategies to improve content reach and user engagement. Produce high-quality visual content, including images, videos, GIFs, and animations, to support social media campaigns and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the content team to ensure cohesive messaging and visual consistency across all marketing channels. Uphold the brand identity and ensure consistent visual representation across all marketing materials and social media platforms. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to guide the team in creating on-brand content. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in graphic design and social media marketing. Analyze competitor strategies and adapt innovative ideas to improve our brands social media performance. RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you have to meet the following criteria: Bachelors degree in any related field. Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse graphic design skills and successful social media campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design software and social media management tools A solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools Knowledge of current social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Understanding of UAE culture and social media preferences would be advantageous.
