Provide Professional Services, enabling our clients to streamline operations and making sure end-to-end IGA/IAG solutions are Implemented in following verticals:Oil and Gas (Petrochemical Industries)Government (Local and Central)Financial Services (insurance, banking and clearing house)TelecommunicationsEnergy and UtilitiesHealth CareEducationPosition Overview:As a Cyber Security Specialist specializing in Data Loss Prevention (DLP), you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining strategies, tools, and procedures to safeguard our organization's sensitive data from unauthorized access, breaches, or leaks. You will play a critical role in proactively identifying and mitigating potential security risks related to data exposure, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintaining the confidentiality and integrity of our information assets.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive DLP strategies, policies, and procedures tailored to the specific needs and objectives of the organization.Design and deploy DLP solutions and technologies to monitor, detect, and prevent unauthorized access, data exfiltration, and leakage across various endpoints, networks, and cloud environments.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management to assess data security requirements, define data classification schemas, and establish data protection standards.Conduct regular risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and security audits to identify potential weaknesses or gaps in the DLP infrastructure and recommend appropriate remediation measures.Configure and fine-tune DLP tools and systems to optimize detection accuracy, minimize false positives, and ensure seamless integration with existing security controls and processes.Provide technical expertise and guidance to internal stakeholders on DLP best practices, security awareness training, and incident response protocols.Monitor and analyze DLP alerts, events, and incidents to investigate suspected data breaches, security violations, or policy violations and initiate timely incident response actions.Generate comprehensive reports, metrics, and dashboards to track DLP performance, compliance status, and security posture, and communicate findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders.Stay abreast of emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends in data security and DLP technologies, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks and enhance security resilience.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) on DLP-related matters during internal and external audits, regulatory assessments, and compliance reviews.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field. Advanced degree or industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, etc.) preferred.Proven experience (5 years) in designing, implementing, and managing Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions in enterprise environments.In-depth knowledge of DLP technologies, tools, methodologies, and best practices, including but not limited to Data Classification, Content Discovery, Endpoint DLP, Network DLP, Cloud DLP, and Data Encryption.Hands-on experience with leading DLP platforms such as Symantec DLP, McAfee DLP, Forcepoint DLP, etc.Strong understanding of data security concepts, encryption algorithms, access controls, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, SOX, etc.).Proficiency in security incident response, forensic analysis, and security assessment methodologies.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Benefits: Competitive Salary.
