Product Analyst - Fintech

Data-Driven Experiments - Collaborate with product managers and user researchers to formulate well designed product experiments or A/B tests on how we could drive desired outcomes around adoption, retention and engagement with our digital financial services products. Analytics & Machine Learning - Partner with analytics engineers and data scientists to continuously up-level our data capabilities and ML models, ensuring we have the data required to drive fast feedback loops between initiatives and results. Insights - Deliver insightful presentations that help shape commercial decisions in our FinTech group. Problem Solving - Research and advise on complex business problems that affect our repayment cycles and customer retention.
