Small businesses can now send salaries, reimbursements and instantly pay their suppliers on any mobile wallet in Egypt.Overview of the roleWe are seeking a talented and experienced Product Designer to join our dynamic product team at Axis. As a Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface design of our digital products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.What you'll be doingCollaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand user needs, business objectives, and project requirements.Translate user requirements and business goals into intuitive and visually appealing design concepts.Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.Maintain design consistency and standards across all digital products and platforms.Work closely with engineers to ensure successful implementation of design solutions.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design.Requirements Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in UX/UI design for web and mobile applications, preferably in the fintech industry.Proficiency in design tools such as Figma.Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.Experience working in agile development environments and cross-functional teams.Portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your design process.Perks of working @ AxisHybrid working conditions.Medical Insurance for You and your family.Life Insurance.Greek Campus gym subscription.Marriage leave policy.Very competitive leave policy including extended Maternity and Paternity leaves.
