Helps and supports others and actively Includes others in their work and aligns with the team continuously. Comfortable in challenging others and giving feedback.Responsibilities Working closely with designers and developers to turn user research findings into stories and actions that lead to valuable product and service features Collaborating with product managers, and other stakeholders to define and infuse user experience in the next generation of business concepts and solutions Mentor Designers and assist them in their development and growth Participating in the development and implementation of UX strategy, policies, processes, and standards, promoting user-centered design principles and best practices across the organization Solves complex topics and drives them through all stages of the end-to-end design process with interdisciplinary teamwork Articulates design decisions, grounded in customer centricity, business, and technical parameters, and solid design theories Leads validation research and develop and manage the usability and accessibility testing process Continuously keeps the stakeholders aligned and updated on progress Invents the design process for related squads/teams if needed and actively shapes the interdisciplinary collaboration along the process Active participation in foundational user research and analysis, including translation into product implications and new ideas Gains a deep understanding of the product to proactively identifies tasks, workflows and anticipate implications to improve the overall product experience Present presentations and facilitates workshops in the scope of the product/project to facilitate discussions Contribute to preparing timely and accurate reports that concern the line of work to meet the requirements, objectives, and standards Ensure the satisfaction of both internal and external customers by addressing their needs in a courteous and timely manner Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related subject 5-7 years of relevant design experience in a digital product Minimum 4 years of experience in user research for conducting qualitative and quantitative methods Strong portfolio of projects showing an excellent eye for design and good execution of design concepts Self-motivated and self-starter who is comfortable taking ownership and experience in partnering with the product managers to draw the strategy for the features Experience in solving interaction and service design problems, always finding the balance between data-driven decisions making and intuition Highly collaborative between the cross-functional teams Experience in designing and maintaining cross-platform design systems High proficiency in JIRA, Trello or similar and deep knowledge of design, prototyping, testing and analytics tools such as Figma, Fig Jam, Sketch, Miro, Hotjar, Maze, Lookback, and Mix panel Our values guide how we think and act - They describe what we care about the most C ustomer first - It’s embedded in our design thinking and customer service approach O pen - Openness allows us to constantly improve and evolve R eal - No jargon and no excuses!
