Work with some of the best creatives in the industry in this highly sought-after position.Responsibilities:· Provide crucial financial information to management through diligent research, analysis of accounting data, and preparation of reports.· Craft detailed entries for assets, liabilities, and capital accounts by compiling and analyzing account information.· Ensure meticulous documentation of financial transactions.· Recommend strategic financial actions by analyzing accounting options thoroughly.· Present a snapshot of financial health by gathering information, preparing the balance sheet, profit and loss statements, and other vital reports.· Validate financial transactions by auditing documents for accuracy.· Enhance accounting controls by formulating and suggesting policies and procedures.· Address financial discrepancies through comprehensive collection and analysis of account information.· Uphold financial security by adhering to internal controls rigorously.· Process payments efficiently by verifying documentation and overseeing disbursements.· Provide clarity on accounting procedures by interpreting and researching accounting policies and regulations.· Oversee daily office administration and accounting tasks with precision and accountability.Requirements:· A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.· Availability to start immediately.· Prior experience in a production house, digital agency, or startup environment is highly desirable.· Exceptional attention to detail.· Proficiency in multitasking and delivering under tight deadlines.· Expertise in XERO.Join ASTUDIO, where your financial acumen will directly contribute to our narrative of innovation.
