Your ResponsibilitiesField Efficiency Monitoring, including TCT's Inputs and resolving all TCT's errors.Contract Management Organize and execute a proper documentation for all the current backlog contracts starting from Sales contract up to Hand-Over Certificate (Hard copies Filing & Soft Copies updates in the server)General follow up all network activities assigned to supervisor function including updating Planned/Actual activities & IPTUpdate planning of the assigned network activities based on the input of the sales, installation manager and supervisor, specially installation start and hand over to customer, weekly- NI SUPERVISORMonitoring Networking Activities on SAPPrepare monthly a capacity / resource planning file which will be reviewed by the Installation manager/BM then consolidation of the reports for all the branches - NI SupervisorReview and Monitor all documentations of Fulfilment process in DMS, daily / weeklyCoordinating (Variation Orders) on SAP, being sure that cost estimate sheet is done properly and written approved letter has been issued by the customer before submitting to AE (Application Engineer)Coordinating billing plan with NI Manager/BM/PM.Ensuring availability of all PPE, Life lines, FBH, Training schedules & all safety requirements with the help of the safety officer (For Employees & SC)Responsibility to manage for NI cars, NI petty cash expenses, company accommodation and Support in informing the Romanian teams to renew their temporary visas.We Elevate....
