As an Outdoor Executive (Media Marketing), you will be dedicated to servicing regional and local clients, including communication with media suppliers and ability to work on certain software in general. Your primary responsibility will be to gain the trust from suppliers and manage system data entry, as well as supporting small clients as demand requires.

Reporting of the role
This role reports to Out-of-home trading director.

In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Responsibilities:
• Act as the liaison between the finance department and the media marketing department to facilitate the issuance and monitoring of invoices with the supplier.
• Manage the timely submission of brand daily alerts and monitor market competitor activity.
• Oversee the installation of outdoor campaigns, ensuring proper execution and adherence to specifications.
• Identify and explore new media opportunities and ideas in collaboration with the supplier to enhance outdoor advertising strategies.
• Compile and create comprehensive media reports with detailed specifications for review and analysis.
• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies to optimize outdoor advertising placements and negotiate competitive rates.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in outdoor advertising technologies to recommend innovative approaches.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop impactful outdoor advertising creatives that align with brand objectives and messaging.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outdoor advertising campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Requirements:
1. bachelor's degree in marketing, Advertising, or related field.
2. Passion for outdoor advertising and campaign management.
3. Strong communication and analytical skills.
4. Proficiency in finance processes and media planning tools.
5. Creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
