Other main responsibilities are facilitating customer service and meeting sales and financial goals.What you'll do: Achieve planned targets which submitted from Direct Sales Dep. Based on monthly forecast in order to achieve the company sales target. (Monthly) Responding customer complains to enhance customer satisfaction in order to establish excellent relations with all customers. (When needed) Follow up staff performance and their development plans (product knowledge, C.S, Selling skills). (Daily) Assist in increase sales as per company planned objectives. (Quarterly) Make sure that the store open on time in order to be committed with attendance policy. (every day) Follow up Store maintenance and solve any pending issue with the relevant department. (When needed) Weekly meeting with Staff in order to discuss the results and motivate them to achieve more. Focus on selling the high profits products in order to increase Company General Profit. Check goods in inventory transactions to make sure there are no pending products on the system. Monitor Security performance and appearance in order to send a monthly report about their efficiency. Follow up stock level to ensure that all products are available. (Daily) Control the cost to increase store profitability. Monitor the competitor’s activities and submit all the required reports to Area Manager. (Monthly) Discuss the store performance with Area manager and the retail manager to take the required corrective actions. (Monthly) Make sure that the new products activities are implemented in the store on time. (When needed) Request all required reports from the sales analyst on monthly basis.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree of any related fieldFrom 3 to 5 yearsof experience in sales (Store Manager Role)Fluent Spoken and written command of English language.Strong Leadership Skills, Preferably Including Leading/Managing/Mentoring Others ExperienceStrong Logical and analytical thinking.Ability to collaborate effectively within a multifunctional environmentProblem solving skills through innovation and creativityWhere you'll be:You will be based at Alex Loran Store- AlexandriaAs part of Electrolux, we will continuously invest in you and your development.
