Job PurposeFinancial Planning & Analysis Expert role is to support in managing the financial forecasting, generate reports and conducting variance analysis. Assist in identifying opportunities for cost savings and revenue enhancement.Support in the development of the company's strategic plan and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs).Develop complex financial models to support decision making related to complex business issues.Prepare financial reports to company executives to provide an insight on the company's financial status and prospects.Forecasting and Budgeting Support in managing the annual budgeting process and coordinate with various departments to understand their budget needs and constraints.Collaborate with different functional teams to streamline financial processes and provide decision support.Identify opportunities to streamline and improve financial processes, increasing efficiency and accuracy.Compare actual financial results to budgeted or forecasted results and analyze differences to understand trends and potential risks or opportunities.Compliance and Risk Management Identify potential risks to the company, including financial, operational and cash positions.Job SpecificationEducation Bachelor’s Degree of Finance, Accounting or any related fieldProfessional Certifications Chartered Financial Analyst (Preferred)Knowledge Excel modellingFinancial modelling, planning & budgetingFinancial software and databases: Oracle Hyperion, SAP, Financial Force, Power BI knowledge is a plusStrong understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
