Job description:Lipton Teas and Infusions is looking to hire for the role of AMET Data Analytics Lead. This role is part of the Consumer and Market Insights team. We are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to become a part of our CMI team and work closely with our partners and stakeholders to deliver analytical capabilities and reporting solutions. The role of AMET Data Analytics Lead is to deliver insights to cross-functional business teams by leveraging analytical techniques and reporting capabilities to create value for Lipton Teas and Infusions. You will be responsible for churning out deep business insights powered through data visualization and advanced data analytics This individual will have the expertise and skillset to engineer datasets, create data lakes, curate new dashboards and visualizations and lead econometric modelling. In addition, they will assume full responsibility for the following:Understand business and technical requirements to document, develop and implement analytics solutions & products.Understand systems of different data sources and compile them for efficient analytics in one place (e.g. financial systems, external data sources, supply chain data, etc.)Ingest, Clean, Transform and Model data following best practice and tools including SQL, M/Power Query, and DAX.Creation and visualization of PowerBl reports with a user-centered focus on usability.Coding, testing, debugging and validation of deployed solutions using Microsoft Power Bl technologies.Publish Power BI solutions through pipeline and integration to dashboards and apps including ongoing maintenance.Hands on delivery of solutions throughout the entire life cycle, including day-to-day management of ongoing engagements with the product leads.Econometric modelling for decomposing variable effects on sale and possibly category forecasting.   Skills And Experience Required:Bachelor or master’s degree in Science, Engineering, Data Analytics preferredAbility to analyze the big picture and churn out meaningful insightsWorking with Power Pivot, Power Query and Power BlGood Working knowledge on Python or RWorking knowledge on econometric modellingsData engineering and cleaning to harmonize multiple data sources  Technical Skills:Data Transformation and Cleaning: Fully OperationalAnalytical Modelling and Patterns: Fully OperationalPowerBI (Desktop & Service): Fully OperationalM/Power Query: Fully OperationalDAX Language: Fully OperationalTabular Editor: Working KnowledgePython or R: Working KnowledgeSQL: Fully OperationalData Visualization: Fully Operational  - The individual needs to be a self-starter, able to self-regulate and work under stretched timelines.
