Technical Delivery Manager

Job Description

Implement digital project governance standards across the portfolio, including tracking, monitoring, and updating the status of program/project deliverables. Provide a comprehensive research and development framework, systems, processes, development of mechanisms/initiatives to facilitate effective knowledge management and promotion of technology product development within SPL to support sustainable growth. Maintain an in-depth understanding of stakeholder outputs and deliverables. Implement the service delivery business operating model to define services and support provided for SPL in line with a defined scope of projects, SLAs, and services catalogs. Assists and provide technical and support leadership to all related projects ensuring that project deliverables are delivered on time and, with the agreed quality and budget. Align with Strategy & Growth in-order to govern SP technology adoption through portfolio prioritization and ensure clear project management frameworks are in place for delivery models (both agile and traditional)
