Job TitleSenior Process EngineerJob DescriptionPOSITION INFORMATIONPositionFocus Improvement LeadRegionJeddahDepartmentService Continues Excellence “SCE”Reports ToService Continues Excellence “SCE” ManagerDirect ReportsProcess EngineersWork Pattern (Day/Shift)DayJob Purpose Statement“Summary to the general objective of the job”to serve as a centre of expertise for dissemination, guidance, and implementation of Focused Improvement (FI) methodologies across the departments to identify, analyse and eliminate losses.KEY ACTIVITIES“The most important tasks you need to perform in order to achieve your key outputs”1Ensure consistency and compliance with the FI Reference Guide2Deploy the Focused Improvement Pillar across the Market (apply the FI main roles methodology, training, coaching)3Support the definition of FI structure at (mainly Factory FI pillar leaders)4Establish and follow through on the service FI master plan5Support the functional managers in selecting the appropriate projects aligned with priorities of the Business (Cascading of Objective into Projects, Loss Tree Analysis)6Support the functional managers in selecting of the appropriate employees as FI pillar members to coach the project leaders.7Train and coach the FI Pillar leaders on the FI methodologies (Cascading of Objectives into Projects, Loss Tree Analysis, DMAIC, SMED)8As part of Management routines, carry out visits to Factories to check adherence to FI methodology, provide support, create alignment, and review the FI drivers & actions9Ensure pillar training material, relevant templates and tools are always available at the latest released version10Train and coach the Factory FI Pillar leaders on the FI methodologies11Consolidate the FI training plan (part of the FI master plan) accordingly12Support the functional managers in selection of appropriate employees as project leaders (DMAIC belts) required to run the selected projects13Report status and results of DMAIC projects to relevant managers and stakeholders14Develop the capability for Service FI pillar leaders to deliver FI trainings independently (without reliance on other experts)15Consolidate the savings of projects completed by service team and communicate to the service Management16Ensure that the benefits generated by the projects are properly measured and that the impact on total costs are effectively validated by F&C
