It’s what moves us forward!Our Mission: ???? almentor is on a mission to increase accessibility to affordable quality education for Arabic-speaking communities.As the Senior Product Manager, you will,Manage the product cycle end-to-end from opportunity discovery to release planning including assessing the success of features released.Collaborate with the Engineering team to ensure shared understanding, alignment, and successful delivery of product features.Own release planning & roll-out plans of new features acrossMaintain the product backlog groomed & prioritized based on business impact and effort to ensure maximum value that is aligned with the product strategy.Be the voice of the users advocating the product vision and direction to all business, UX and engineering teams.Own product KPIs, Strategy and vision.Collaborate with stakeholders on a regular basis and encourage cross-functional team to collaborate on shared objectives.Lead impact analysis of new features prior and post development phases.Oversee the development stages from kick-off sessions, iteration planning, an evaluating the product progress at each iteration.Analyze, prioritize, optimize, and repeat!The ideal candidate will have:8+ years experience in product management working with software development teams (product-based is preferred).Outstanding communication, presentation, and detail-orientation skills.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Good knowledge of Agile processes and principles.Having an eye for awesome UX is a plus.Exceptional interpersonal skills collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on a common goal.Excellent problem-solving skills.Disciplined, self-motivated and eager to learn with a can-do attitude.Fluency in verbal and written English is a must.Why join us?Join us in our ambitious mission to impact 10 million learners, actively contributing to the evolution of online education in Arabic within the MENA region.Flexible work arrangements, including remote optionsWork that stays at work: genuine work/life balance served hereFamily Medical insuranceAccess to a wide range of courses on our platform
