Job Description
  • Collaborate with leadership to establish performance metrics and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for different roles.
  • Conduct performance reviews for employees and provide constructive feedback to support their development.
  • Advise and coach managers on effective performance management techniques and best practices.
  • Track and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage the employee relations process, including investigating complaints and grievances
  • Mediate conflict between employees
  • Advise management on employee relations issues and best practices
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role, with a focus on performance management and employee relations
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage HR processes and policies
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
