Job Description
1.Handle the office administration services such as reception, secretariat, kitchen and other relevant services.
2.Manage front-office operations, including visitor protocols and arrangements, managing incoming calls to the company, and others.
3.Implement document and employee record keeping activities, including storage and archive
4.Handle the mail room activities, including the distribution of inbound parcels and mails to employees
5.Coordinate the maintenance of the office premises, including coordination with third party maintenance providers, as necessary
6.Maintain the confidentiality of relevant SCA documents in
accordance with defined security and confidentiality requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in
Business Administration or equivalent, with 1 - 2 years of related
experience.
