Job Description

We are seeking to hire a dedicated, organized, and efficient “Project Manager - Digital Offering (Fixed Term)" to join our team in this role:
Project Management for the launch of Software in North Africa (WSMS), managing the KPIs for the digital proposition and launches in Africa. Studying the introduction of new Digital offerings to African Network. Evaluating the market situation and workshop needs, analyze, and initiate local change re-quests, actively promote, and facilitate the sale of the software as a core element of the workshop ecosystem. Understanding and analyze workshop processes and identify needs and business potential for WSMS and Workshop concepts Acting as tandem partner to project leader of WSMS Roll-Out partner, enable local organization for handling WSMS as core element for future local workshop concept management. Establishing Roll-Out plan together with local organization and service provider. Implementation of the Workshop Management System (WSMS) in a local market according to the Roll-Out Plan. Collaborating with technical and IT departments, regional organizations, and external partners/suppliers Consolidation and prioritization of demands for continuous development of the digital Eco-system for Workshop concepts. Definition and operational responsibility for support processes of Ecosystem solutions.

Qualifications

Proven Experience in Project Coordination Preferably in software projects launches. A total of 1 - 3 years of experience in project coordination. Dealing with Agencies in Digital topics (Facebook pages Posting Calendars, Instagram, Website, ...) Sales Experience would be a plus Time management (Crucial) High proficiency in English & Arabic. Process Oriented Logical & Critical thinking Problem Solving Techniques
