About the Role:
As an Executive Personnel Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing labour-related tasks and social insurance matters for the company in Egypt. Responsible for ensuring compliance with local labour laws, overseeing employee records, and facilitating social insurance processes.
This role reports directly into the People & Organisation Business Partner and will work hand in hand with the P&O team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage labour-related tasks and social insurance matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, oversee employee records, and facilitate social insurance processes.
• Ensure company policies align with local labour standards.
• Prepare and submit required reports to the labour office.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records.
• Handle documentation related to hiring, promotions, and terminations.
• Manage and administer social insurance processes for employees.
• Ensure timely submission of social insurance contributions. Address employee queries related to social insurance.
• Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance and other entitlements.
• Generate reports on personnel-related metrics for management.
• Provide regular updates on compliance and social insurance matters.

Role Requirements



Essential Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-3 years of experience as a Personnel Specialist, in a multinational company is a must.
• In-depth knowledge of Egyptian labour laws and Social Insurance regulations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Strong MS office skills.
Desirable Requirements:
• Experience in Personnel digital transformation is a plus.
