Job Description

Job PurposeThe Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and maximizing sales opportunities within them and cultivating and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBespineers ConductAdhere to company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.Handle conflicts in a professional and constructive manner.Aim for high-quality work and continuously look for ways to improve.Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude, such as accepting feedback politely and remaining calm and professional when faced with challenges, to contribute to a more productive and pleasant work environment.Work as part of a team, be willing to help others, communicate effectively and be willing to adapt to reach team goalsAct as role models, demonstrating Bespin Motto, behaviors, and ethics that Bespin aspires to uphold.Sales and Accounting PlanningUnderstand their business models and needs to offer tailored solutions.Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts by up-selling and cross-selling our products and services.Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and customer retention.Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) and anticipate future business growth trends and challenges.Stay updated on industry trends and innovative sales techniques to maintain a competitive edge.Execute the sales objectives and meet the defined monthly, quarterly and yearly target.Coordinate with relevant business units & other key departments to ensure timely completion & submission of pre-qualification documentsDevelop a healthy sales pipeline by identifying, filtering, negotiating, and launching new accounts in the target geography and marketsGenerate, manage and stimulate revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies.Identify, reach and engage key decision makers in your territory through existing relationships, networking, personal connections, client references & industry events etc.Negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management within enterprise.Engage effectively with entire sales team to develop and implement customer account plans.Support marketing team to identify and execute plans for market awareness, client case studies and vertical market growth within assigned territory and accounts.Educate on and promote Bespin Global solutions and servicesJob SpecificationEducationBachelor's Degree of Business Administration or IT relevant degreesProfessional CertificatesPublic Cloud Certifications
