While industry-leading Calibre integrated circuit (IC) manufacturing solutions, built on an integrated hierarchical platform, deliver foundry success by enabling fast ramp and maximizing process yield through the entire technology node life cycle.Responsibilities:Responsible for QA infrastructure and automation of Calibre container validation.Validation of the operator being deployed in the Calibre container deployment.Partner with Build and Integration Group to support QA infrastructure needs in adoption of container support.Requirements:Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science.Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems.Knowledge of software quality assurance processes, with experience in maintaining regression test suites being highly desirable.Good working knowledge and experience with IC physical design, layout, and verification tools; familiarity with IC manufacturing process flows is a plus!Knowledge of shell scripting and proficiency in interpreted software languages (preferably Python).Experience in High Performance/Distributed Computing.Demonstrated proficiency in container/Kubernetes technology.Experience with Docker/Podman.Familiarity with the process of building a container image.Working knowledge and experience with Kubernetes.Experience working with large scale parallel processing software inside a Kubernetes cluster is a big plus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; self-motivated and able to work independently.Ability to thrive and excel in a dynamic, multi-site, fast-paced development environmentWhy us?Working at Siemens Software means flexibility - Choosing between working at home and the office at other times is the norm here.
