ResponsibilitiesConceptualization and Execution:Collaborate with the Creative Director on designing print and digital advertising campaigns and collateral.Guide projects from ideation to completion, ensuring alignment with our brand identity.Develop visually compelling designs for online and offline channels.Corporate Branding And StandardsStrategize and develop corporate branding for a cohesive and impactful brand identity.Define and enforce standards across print, digital, and physical materials.Collaboration And Web DesignCollaborate with Web designers for cross-platform integration.Design layouts that extend branding to an interactive audience.Conceptualize physical objects for gifting campaigns.Project ManagementManage and prioritize multiple projects, meeting deadlines for both digital and print campaigns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrated marketing campaigns.Brand EvolutionStay informed about industry trends and propose innovative ideas for brand enhancement.Quality ControlEnsure the quality and consistency of design deliverables, adhering to the highest standards in both digital and print.Conduct regular reviews to guarantee alignment with brand guidelines.QualificationsProven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the hospitality or related industry.3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design with experience in animation.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.Strong understanding of branding and design principles.Excellent portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print, digital materials, and animations.Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Experience with animation preferred.About Demind Firma ManagementBoasting a contagious challenger mindset, Demind is a springboard for future gamechangers.
