Job Description

Designing and deliver elegant and delightful product experiences as part of a cross-functional Agile product teams

Actively collaborate with business/brand stakeholders throughout the design and development process

Clearly articulate design needs and key decisions to business Stakeholders across markets and brands collaborating closely with the product team

Working with Product Owners to define both long and short-term vision and roadmap for digital solutions

Clearly articulate proposed design and key decisions with Product Owners

Exploring solution space and refine concepts via wireframes detailed high definition design

Producing and review wireframes and storyboards for digital solutions

interview user to gain an understanding of their needs and behaviors and perceptions

Building prototypes and design tests to validate designs based on customer needs, requirements and behaviors

 Collaborating with Design Lead and other team members to problem solve design challenges.

Creating the wow in the solutions keeping in mind user experience

Building prototypes and design tests to validate designs based on customer needs, requirements and behavior.
 

Qualifications

Previous work experience with 2+ years

Design Diploma or any other relevant course/ qualification in design studies

Knowledge of services in the banking industry and design trends

Strong experience in software design and development

Understanding of customer journeys and customer experience with particular reference to digital, design and services in the banking industry

Experience with designing quality consumer products, as well as enabling business capability and objectives through technology and conducting user research, usability testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, interviews, surveys and questionnaires

Experience with a user-centered design portfolio that spans some Combination of web, mobile, tablet, tv and wearables 

Experience with Graphical and Visual Design, including use of a diverse set of software such as Adobe suite, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq Axure, lnVision, Sketch or other tools for Graphic Design, Visual Design
