Operations Manager

We are currently in search of a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager to join our team and take charge of the execution of various projects, primarily within the IT/AI sector, with the potential for involvement in other business ventures. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and expansion of our diverse businesses. As the Operations Manager, you will be entrusted with overseeing the timely execution of initiatives, demonstrating exceptional multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting stringent deadlines. Your role will encompass strategic planning, process optimization, and operational efficiency to drive the overall success of our ventures. Responsibilities:Execution Excellence:Demonstrate a relentless commitment to achieving operational goals and objectives.Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, ensuring timely execution of projects and initiatives on a timely manner.Operational Oversight:Take charge of day-to-day operations across multiple startups, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Implement and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and scalability. Information Technology (IT/AI) Knowledge & Leadership:Leadership skills and strong background in IT/AI and a deep understanding of technology trends and advancements. Financial Management:Develop and manage budgets, ensuring alignment with company goals and financial objectives and capable of reviewing, analyzing and providing opinion on all financial matters that is related to the business.Conduct thorough financial analysis, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for operational savings.Cross-functional Collaboration:Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between different business units and teams.Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring a holistic approach to operations.Being able to make strategic alliance and partnership with very selective suppliers and others as well as the ability to be involved on all marketing activities.Risk Management:Identify potential risks and challenges, developing proactive strategies to mitigate and manage them effectively.Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.Has the knowledge on how to develop or participate and development corporate governance.  Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Project Management, or a related field. MBA preferred.Proven experience of at least 10 years as an Operational Manager, preferably in a multi-startup environment at least 3 years in each.Demonstrated financial acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting.Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.Results-oriented mindset with a track record of successful project execution in a timely manner.Fluent in Arabic and English language, speaking & writing.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Willingness to Relocate: Candidate will be based in Jeddah or Riyadh and has the willingness to relocate to different locations if that is ever required.
