Job Description
Purpose: To prepare fresh graduates for their banking career at NBK. Participants will be graduating with well-rounded knowledge on the bank and will have the capability to resolve issues with a ready solutions for different divisions of the organization. Description of the Program: NBK Academy is a 6 months introductory training program presented by the National Bank of Kuwait for fresh graduate to prepare them for their lifetime career. The Design: the program is varied and intense in order to cover all issues participants may face in their careers. It includes various behavioral and technical skills as well as an extensive on the job rotation and project challenge. Criteria: A minimum GPA of 3.0 and above· Having either Bachelor’s or Master’s degree· A maximum of 2 years work experience, if Background: NBK Academy is one of our proudest legacies that has been ongoing since 2008. We have successfully completed 28 waves with over 300 graduates
