Join us as we revolutionize the way the world experiences technology!ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with stakeholders to understand the market demands, incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap, and ensure alignment with business goals.Develop user stories with clear acceptance criteria, set sprint goals, and plan for releases and upgrades.Groom and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring clarity, prioritisation, and readiness of user stories for sprint planning.Collaborate closely with the Development team to develop and maintain a comprehensive Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document, including the creation of detailed technical user stories.Use strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and solve problems that arise throughout the product lifecycle.Assist with process modelling to clarify business requirements and to enhance or re-engineer business processes as needed.Incorporate user feedback and data analysis to refine product offerings, ensuring they address user needs and enhance user satisfaction.Design and develop mock-ups and prototypes to provide clear, visual guidance for the development teamRequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role in a software development environment.Background in industrial engineering or experience working within a manufacturing environment is a plus.Demonstrated expertise in successfully delivering complex software projects or features.Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.Demonstrated experience in data analysis and making data-driven product decisions.Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.Proven ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.Experience with backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, ClickUp).Ability to understand technical issues at a high level.Good organizational skills and the ability to work independently, managing multiple priorities.A strong focus on user experience and business value.BenefitsSocial insuranceMedical insuranceTransportation allowanceEducation allowanceWork ConditionsFriday & Saturdays are offHybrid workweekFlexible work environment with 8-hour workdays
