Production Coordinator

Also to help Saudi’s passionate gaming sector to develop homegrown IP and more broadly, make KSA a global hub for gaming.As part of the Steer studios team, you will work alongside the best global gaming talents who have relocated to Riyadh to be part of the ambitious group, and innovative, passionate and hardworking Saudis.Steer Studios is looking for a Production Coordinator who is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our game production team, ensuring the smooth development and delivery of our mobile games. This is an entry-level position that offers a great opportunity to learn and grow within the company.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the game production team, including scheduling meetings, taking notes, and tracking action items.Coordinate communication between different departments, such as art, design, programming, and QA.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project documentation and production schedules.Assist in the creation and maintenance of project management tools.Assist in the preparation of game builds and demos for internal and external presentations.Conduct research and gather information to help inform game design and development decisions.Perform other duties as assigned by the production team or management.Qualifications & Key Skills:1-2 years of experience in game development, preferably in a production or coordination role.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Familiarity with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).Knowledge of game development processes and pipelines.Passion for playing and understanding mobile free to play games.Experience with Microsoft Office.Familiarity with agile methodologies.Personal interest in game development and willingness to learn.Let’s bring Together Steer Studios to the world!
