About the Role:The Feed Mill Production Supervisor will ensure to manage the processing and packing of FMP and or Premix and Hygiene products within defined schedules and budgeting control while maintaining laid down company specifications. Requirement:Potential candidate must meet the requirements mentioned below: Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Proven experience as a Feed Mills Production Supervisor or similar role.Should be able to plan and organize production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize production efficiency.Should be able to organize the production of Flake maize, ground maize and or mineral premixes and hygiene products from raw material as per mixing instructionsSolid understanding of feed production processes, equipment, and quality control.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in feed production.Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
