Your Profile Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent from a reputable university At least 5 years’ experience in construction sites Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, strong networking, negotiating, and influencing skills. Excellent command of English Able to prioritize tasks and to manage workloads in an effective manner with minimal direct supervision and flexibility in managing multiple and diverse tasks. Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in time critical situations. Sensitive and responsive to the needs of different religious, ethnic, tribal, and cultural groups. Proven integrity and high personal standards of behavior Proficient in MS Office suiteYour Responsibilities Responsible for testing & commissioning of substation products and partial systems at customers, Technical clarification with sub-suppliers, designer, and service providers Planning and developing site logistics with respect to installation/commissioning/construction works. Support project manager in risk and claim management. Control and monitoring site activities with respect to project plan Ensure quality on the construction site including non-conformance reporting (NCR) Supervise and lead a team. Preparation and submission of reports. Proper Handling of testing tools Awareness of EHS requirements in construction sites (i.e. Risk assessment, Loss prevention, Zero Harm, work in Hight, etc.)LET’S TALK ABOUT US!
