R&E Petroleum co. , based in State Of Kuwait , is a major material supplier and contracting company for a wide range of material & services related to oil & Gas industries, Power Stations and Commercial Sector as well.R&E is a multi faceted organization that contains all the disciplines – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Fire fighting, Insulation, Procurement , Equipment Supply, Quality Assurance & HSE procedures required to deliver a broad range of development and contracting services to the Petroleum & Commercial industries.The RoleYou Will Be Responsible ForDeveloping and implementing sourcing strategies together with cross-functional teams across the organization.Analyzing categories of spend to determine potential opportunities regarding cost optimization.Management of existing supplier relationships and contracts and renegotiation of supplier contracts where required.Actively searching for alternative sources and solutions of supply.Determining best-in-class processes in order to drive lower cost while improving service levels.Working closely with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure continuity of supply.Managing the vendor market for the category and taking full responsibility on contract management and commercial negotiations.Collaborating with category user departments to reduce the procurement cycle time, improve compliance with policies and achieve targets.Leading/participating in contract reviews and negotiations in coordination with the legal teams.Ideal ProfileYou have at least 1 year experience ideally as a Buying / Procurement within Real Estate and Oil & Gas.You possess excellent negotiating skills with a strong ability to influence people of all levels.You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical dataYou are a strong networker & relationship builderYou pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standardWhat's on Offer?
