Senior HR Technical Recruiter

Talent 360 is hiring " Sr. HR Technical Recruiter" for one of our clients : Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for senior rolesDevelop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for present and future needs.Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV screening, initial interviews, and reference checks, to ensure candidates align with both the role and the company culture.Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.Provide strategic insights and recommendations to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to inform hiring decisions.Use applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate data, maintain recruitment metrics, and generate reports for management review..Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition, sharing insights and implementing improvements to the recruitment process. Qualifications:Experience: 5+ years’ experience as a recruiter or similar roles.Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resources or a similar field is an advantage.Languages: Excellent conversational and written English. Tools and Applications:Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience using enterprise ATSs.Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights.Work conditions:Working hours : from 9:00 to 5:00 OR from 10:00 to 6:00Fridays and Saturdays are offLocation : Maadi Package :Medical Insurance Social Insurance Payroll Benefits Learning and Development programs
