Service Delivery; ensure that all services are delivered to agreed standards and are achievingtheir objectives this will include: Scheduling Support Office and Relationship Management Document Management Develop yourself to progress as a professional and your contribution to Mubadala. Support othersto improve their performance.including and not limited to daily administrative tasks and duties as assigned by your LineManager.What Will You BringTo succeed within this role, you will be bring a strong mix of practical experience, technicalskills and business skills, including the following: Degree preferably in Business Management or Human Resources with relevant professionalaccreditations Proven track record of delivering planning and organization as well as the ability to prioritizetasks and proactively identify and report potential delays Strong interpersonal skills and people management experience working across culture Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, mainly Outlook, Word and PowerPoint You will be a team player with high standards of business ethics and a drive to deliver, innovateand improve, whilst building strong partnerships within and outside Mubadala.Most importantly you will have passion for contributing to Mubadala's mission and growing a leadingglobal investment company.What We Offer YouBy joining Mubadala you will have the opportunity to work with a leading global and responsibleinvestor, which partners with the largest businesses and financial institutions in the UAE andworld's main markets.
