The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of layout, type, and color, and be able to follow instructions from the Creative team. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must, along with the ability to work under tight deadlines and produce final files for output with necessary specifications.Responsibilities:Present design treatment optionsCreate final artworks within deadlinesAmend designs according to client feedbackManage publishing and production house expectationsReview and proof all creative deliverablesWrite detailed job orders for production houses and suppliersTrack project production process to ensure quality and timely deliveryWork on animation, web design, video editing, and other graphics softwareReceive layouts and adjust according to creative requestsMake changes the client may requireMake final corrections to textsSend files to pre-press house for printingApply quality control checks and send final proofsFile final artwork to archives (CD or DVD) and maintain themDeliver material proactively and perform at a high level with minimal guidanceRequirements:Degree in graphic designKnowledge with: Adobe premiere, Adobe after effect, Adobe animate, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe illustrator.Minimum of 4 years of experience in a production house using required softwareFlexibility in handling many modifications in a short period of timeStrong computer skillsAbility to grasp client needs and consider practical solutionsAttention to detailAbility to balance work on several projects at a timeGood team-working skillsFlexibilityMatter-of-fact approach when ideas or designs are rejectedWillingness to work long hours to meet critical deadlinesMeticulous, patient, versatile, and reliableTime management skillsHighly creative with a sharp eye for detailsStrong leadership qualities, precise, ambitious, and dedicated to workFlexible team-player who supports colleagues at all timesHard worker who can handle pressure and multiple jobs in an organized mannerAbility to get instructions from multiple persons and follow orders preciselyAt VML, we are committed to fostering an all-inclusive work environment that is both rewarding and career-forward.
