SUGGESTED SCOPE OF KEY ACTIVITIES: Deploying the BA PMO methodology, tools and templates across the different functions under the DCEO Supporting preparations for the Change Management Forum (CMF) and for ProgramOperating Meetings (POM) to take place periodically with the various Business Activation functions Monitoring the implementation plans of the projects across the different functions under the DCEO and capturing / tracking related project information using various Providing the DCEO with a visibility over the performance of the projects associated with the different functions under the DCEO Utilizing project management tools such as Asana Tracking of progress of improvement opportunities that were identified from the previous project for Business Activation and process assessment Assessing progress reports from the Business Activation leadership along with identifying additional improvement opportunities Knowledge transfer including templates, processes, policies and workshops for any handover, if required.
