This role will be based in Kuwait.What You Will DoLiaise with government authorities for and on behalf of the requirements of the companyKeep abreast with current laws or government regulations and update the relevant personnel in order to keep the company compliant at all timesRespond to staff enquiries related to governmental processes.Prepare periodic reports for management or relevant authorities, as necessary and as requiredOrganize attestation of certificates and legal translation of documentsProtect the interest of the company in accordance with governmental authorities, laws and regulationManage the company accounts in government portalsRepresent the company, as directed by line manager, in processes or meetings involving the clientManage and assist with the company accounts in the client’s portal.Liaise with the relevant department of the client for any upcoming tenders, prequalification, and process of approving any new technologies.What You Will Need To Succeed At least 5 years local experience liaising with Immigration, Labour, and other government agenciesGood knowledge of local labour and immigration rulesGood command of English and local languageExcellent customer service skillsProficient with computer applicationsWhy you should join our teamThe Odfjell group recognises that the shift to renewable energy requires a new way of thinking.
